Fikret Şeneş who gave a lot of works to famous singers including Ajda Pekkan and added about 290 works to Turkish pop music, lost her life. Şeneş who wrote “Bir Hata” named song to Ajda Pekkan, had been having Alzheimer treatment.

Who Is Fikret Şeneş?

Fikret Şeneş who was born in 1921, wrote her first lyrics to Erol Büyükburç at the age of early 30s, played piano, took singing lessons. In the late 1960s, “İki Yabancı” was the first Turkish lyric she wrote. She wrote hundreds of lyrics to popular singers in Turkish pop music up to now.
