The film archive and cinema museum will take the film treasure project to the future. The details of the project which is in progress for about two years are announced. The project of The Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the cinema general directorate is a project which has a high expectation to bring a new impulse to the capitol city.
It is important to gather different films of institutions and collectors under a single roof. They will also establish inside the project a film laboratory. At this labratory will be a film restoration which costs at domestic 50 000 Turkish liras and 500 – 100 000 Euros at foreign countries. This will be execute with a help of the state. Ankara will be the new filming centre.
