Importance of water increases more in summer. To balance our loss quantity of fluids in summer, other beverages specially asicid ones should not be preferred. Instead of these beverages, large amounts of water should be consumed.
How Much Water Should We Drink?
The quantity of water changes according to person to person. On average, 2.5 lt water per day can suffice but you may understand whether it is enough or not accoring to color of your urine. In Ramadan, drinking water should be shared out between the evening meal and pre-dawn meal.
Do Not Drink Water Only When You Get Thirsty
Feeling thirsty is a late perceived situation. If you drink water only after you get thirsty, you should change this behavior and get used to drink it regularly.
Do Not Consume Your Requirement of Water Just One Time
If you perceive drinking water as a must and consume it at one go, it is not healty for your health. It will exhaust your digestive system and your kidneys will work harder. So you should drink frequently throughout the day to prevent dehydration.
