IU STUDENTS WON 5 MEDALS AT RUSSIAN OLYMPICS

Students from Istanbul University (IU) Russian Language and Literature, achieved to win 5 medals as two of them gold and three silver at “Olimprus 2014: Russian Language Olimpics.”

Under the leadership of Russian Federation Presidency Russian Council and with cooperation of Turkish-Russian Culture Foundation and Moscow RUDN University, Russian Olimpics were organized between 22-24 November. At Olimprus 2014 Russian Olimpics,

Russian Language and Literature students headed by Prof. Dr. Türkan Olcay, won 2 gold, 3 silver medals in the categories of Grammer, General Knowledge and “I am Yound” themed short film.
