Awarded with Special Award at the festival, the film which narrates history, culture, preparation and presentation of Adana Kebap (a traditional food in Turkey) with words of third generation apprentice of first master of Adana Kebap, including interviews with many other Kebap makers, shows changes in Kebap from past to present and also togetherness and culture of Kebap and Bazaar of Kazancılar in Adana. Shot with EX-3 camera and mounted at IFS Post Production Unit, film completed in 2014.
Who is Özgür Deniz Barut?
Özgür Deniz Barut was born in Adana in 1992. Completing primary and high school in Adana, Barut studies at İU Faculty of Communication Department of Radio, Television and Cinema since 2011.
