Stating that ıt is not possible to organize everything in community life with laws, Prof. Dr. Murat said that community needs to improve itself ethically and morally. “You can’t organize everything with laws. Thus what shapes the community is ethical values in other words it is the education of conscience. If you can’t educate conscious, whatever precautions you take, you face with nuisance either in private sector or in community or in family. Today modern world live this.” Municipality of Ordu General Secretary Dr. Mustafa Çöpoğlu, Deputy General Secretary Hikmet Yıldırım, Heads of Departments and many guests took participation in Prof. Dr. Murat’s conference.
