Presenting a selection of gothic stories drenched in gore and dread, and feeding on darkest desires and fears, “Gothic: The Dark Heart of Film” exhibition will meet with cinema lovers on Feburary 26.
From vampires and werewolves to ghosts and tormented souls, the archetypes of Gothic horror are revealed in the program. Program which will last until March 8 includes films which turned characters such as Dracula and Frankenstein into cult figures. Also in the selection, leading samples of gothic cinema such as Dead of Night, Don’t Look Now, The Elephant Man, The Mistletoe Bough, and The Queen of Spades will meet with audience.
