Applications for 4th Atıf Yılmaz Film Competition have begun to commemorate Atıf Yılmaz in his 9th death anniversary. This year short films will compete in fiction category regardless of theme limitation. Films deadline is on May 11, 2015. Award Ceremony and Preview are going to be on May 30, 2015.
In the competition First Prize is 6000 TL, Second Prize is 3500 TL, Third Prize is 2500 TL and Forum Mersin Special Prize is 2000 TL, Forum Shopping Malls Special Prize is 2000 TL.
İstanbul University Faculty of Communication Academic Member Prof Dr. Hasan Akbulut tooks part in prequalification council of the competition as well. Ercan Kesal, Eyüp Boz, Onur Ünlü, Nil Kural, Nadir Öperli took part in jury.
